Westport United 0 Killala 9 Killala Ladies got back to their winning ways on Sunday morning at the Sportspark in Westport. Niamh Collins opened the scoring with the goal of the match, a thirty yard strike that left the Westport keeper helpless, shortlyafterwards Emma Gilroy was pulled down in the box and sister Aileen scored the first of her seven goals in succesion which left the homeside in shock. Five of her seven goals came in a 10 minute period before halftime in what can only be described as an exhibition in finishing. With the score 6-0 at the break further goals by Aileen Gilroy and one from Ailish Collins gave the visitors their biggest win of the season. It was an all round excelent team performance by Killala who now go on to play Lagan Harps ( Letterkenny) at Courthouse St. in round 2 on the 21st June.
