Former West Ham United & Charlton Athletic manager, Alan Pardew , gave a coaching demonstration to a large attendance at Killala FC grounds at Courthouse St. last week. Using the Killala FC Under 18 squad and assisted by Jim Lowther ( Ballina ) former sports scientist at Wimbledon FC and Niall Clarke former fitness coach at Reading FC, West Ham United and Charlton FC a very informative session was delivered to coaches from clubs throughout the Mayo and Sligo leagues.
