Castlebar Celtic B1 Killala 5

Killala opened up a 5 point gap at the top of division 1 by virtue of this comfortable in Celtic Park on Sunday. Despite the scare of any early goal for the homeside Killala began to settle on the tight Astro turf pitch and were soon back in the game when McNulty headed home a Murray fee kick. Celtic appeals for what appeared to be a penalty were waved away and moments later Killala got their own penalty a Gallagher made no mistake and once the visitors were in front their was no looking back. A Murray free kick and another by Gallagher made it 4-1 at halftime. Kevin Murray struck another free kick in the secondhalf to kill off the game but McNulty and Gallagher had further chances but all were scorned .Team. Sean McHale, Matt Webb, David Cadden, Oliver Clarke, Kevin murray, Marc McDonnell, Ian O,Boyle, John Clarke, Alan Murphy, Johnny McNulty, Rory Gallagher, Subs, Ronan Heffron, Brendan McNulty & Mark McLoughlin
